Having made an apprenticeship at the ARRI in Munich, I had the opportunity to gain extensive insight into the ups and downs of a production as well as into how all the gears have to fit together to create this magic feeling when sitting in front of a big cinema screen. Making images that pull the viewers out of their everyday lives into a different world and creating an experience for people have become my passion. I worked at a renowed camera rental store in munich to "play lego for grown-ups" and at many different productions as a camera assistant. But my most love and devotion goes into making cinematography that tells stories through light, shadow, colours and camerawork. Always with the emotion of experiencing it on a big screen in mind.
